Sorry been out of commission

The past few wknds have been cuhrayzeeeee.
But just to let u all know im alive.

Also didnt gain any weight during vacation!
YAY!

I am now working on weight training, cardio, and just eating less.

Need to get it togethor.

I will post my weight loss with pictures on friday.

Sam is asleep already. Lazy puggy!

just came back from Boston

Had a great time in Boston, took a day trip to P-town.

Ate a 2 lbs lobster. Also ate a capital grille. It was awesome and pretty affordable.

Did not do any exercise this wknd, but will motivate myself further this week.
I ate sushi for lunch so it cant be bad right ?

10 hours of wiifit

Guess it happens after 10 hours of exercise!

ive only done 2 days of workouts, i need to do 3 more workouts!

5 days a week aint bad right?

31 minutes today


today did 31 minutes on wiifit.

today had bfast of bun, lunch indian food with dessert (bad)
and went to mom's for dinner.

Just had some chicken with cucumbers and roast beef (only a little bit)
mom's food is always so much healthier i feel.

Dessert was red bean dessert.
I seriously have to cut down on some of the snacks and food.

im doing a good job of maintaining my weight, but i dont feel like i am losing enough weight.
I really want to be 180. sigh.

Will work harder tomorrow

Monday blues

Sunday and monday i didnt get to do much wiifit.
Although i "tried" to eat healthy.


Today i had :
Lunch pasta
snack : crackers with jam (maybe 6-7 crackers?)
dinner was 5 dumplings and a big cup of sweet and sour soup.

I think im going to weigh myself Wednesdays and Saturdays going forward. I dont want to be too obsessed about my weight. Rather i just want to keep a healthy lifestyle.

Samantha on the other hand has gotten liver snacks, liver fortune cookies and rack of lamb bones to eat.

FireIsland

Fire Island was insane.

This is an island of purely satisfying every carnal desires. Besides doing alcohol, i didnt participate :) see im a good boy.

I wont get too graphic.

I did however walk around on the beach and my legs feel sore from working against the current of the waves.

I weighed myself this morning. No change in weight.

This morning i ate 2 eggs, lunch was 10 small dumplings.
Dinner will be something light and wii fit :)

TGIF

TGIF !

Today was a good day just because its friday.
i spent 25 minutes on the wii fit today, but i did swim for 15 additonal minutes at the pool.
i *almost* didnt do wiifit today, but i pushed myself, and once i start working out, time flies on the wii fit.

food was: a bun, fish soup, rice and beans and a low-fat donut.

I am going to the beach tomorrow so i am excited about that. It should be lots of exercise and walking around.

exhausted


Just got home from work.
Exhausted !

today i ate

chinese bun
sandwich of turkey and pesto

dinner was lamb chops + pasta

And sorbet for dessert.

I did 30 minutes of lifting weights today at the gym.

I am too pooped to bring up with the wiifit.
But i am going to force myself to do 30 minutes!
yay!

1.5 lbs lighter

i am 1.5 lighter. So that is awesome!

I am 187.9 now according to the wiifit. 187.6 was my all time low.
So now i am going to beat it in .3 lbs!

woohoo!

Sam is freaking out too.

Actually heres my chart everone


You see where i was 187, that was before july 4th wknd. LOL... You know what happens on holidays. Well i am sure you can see from the above photo (over-eating)

.2 lbs lighter today


So i'm .2 lbs lighter today.
Thats decent. According to Sam in the above picture, she says you need 15 more minutes. So maybe its not that decent?
But im sure she's proud of me :)

I usually weigh myself in the morning.

Today i ate:
1 chinese bun
1 small cup of new england clam chowder
1 scoop of green beans.

Dinner was a burger. No fries. and plenty of Green tea for that special anti-oxidant power.

Havent done wiifit yet. Its 9pm already! where did the day go. I may hop on and do 30 minutes.

On another note, my coworker said i look slimmer in the face and in the gut :)
YAY!

65 minutes on the wiifit


The picture above shows Samantha giving me the 'what the hell are u doing' look while i am resting in-between the wii exercise. (wii-xercise?)

65 minutes on the wiifit today.

keep in mind this is wiifit credit time :)

will post weight tomorrow morning.

Food eaten today:
5 dumplings, a scoop of chicken liver salad, 2 pieces of lox.
3 chicken thighs (no skin)
Dinner was half a turkey sandwich.

Snack - pecans, and Gorgonzola cheese.

I know i could have taken out the snacks. But i don't want to deprive myself. Also i my last meal was at like 5. So i had plenty of time to digest it.

Hopefully when i weigh myself in the morning i will be lighter.

I think i may incorporate a 5-10 minute step aerobic workout on the wiifit tomorrow morning. When i get home ill do another 30-40 minutes.

or maybe I'm being to ambitious. :)

Hi there everyone.
This is a new blog that i am trying to startup.

Its a simple blog that i created to share the love of my pug and also to get fit along the way!

I will do this via wii-fit.
Ive been reading some inspirational blogs out there that chronicle a person's journey on the wiifit and found it inspirational in my weight loss.
